Current Positions Available
Assistant Store Manager • Full Time

Assistant Store Managers are typically assigned to oversee specific departments, merchandising, operations, and specialty sales. In the role as Assistant Store Manager, the ideal candidate(s) will be responsible for the daily operations of a multi-million dollar business, and mentoring and growing a team of sales associates.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Work with Store Manager to drive sales and profitability
• Analyze market trends, set sales goals, monitor achievement, and deliver results to Store Manager
• Oversight of day-to-day operations, merchandising, special projects, inventory, and logistics
for key areas of the store
• Mentor and inspire sales associates through product and industry training in group setting and one-on-one
• Ensure assigned departments are properly staffed at all times and associates make efficient use
of floor time to enhance customer experience

Requirements:
• 3+ years in retail management
• 3+ years in hardware or home improvement in one or more of the following areas:
Tools, Hardware, Plumbing, Paint, Electrical, Lumber, Nursery, Garden
• Strong communication skills

• Ability to maintain physical stamina throughout shift
• Ability to multi-task and resolve customer service issues/questions

Sales Associate • Full Time

In the role as Sales Associate, the ideal candidate(s) will be responsible for delivering superior customer service within a multi-million dollar business, being a product expert, and understanding all aspects of assigned department.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist do-it-yourself homeowners, contractors, and customers with finding products to fit their needs
 and project requirements
• Be a product expert and invest time to learn products and all aspects of assigned department
• Stock and maintain product inventory on the sales floor and in the back room
• Utilize technology and software to track inventory levels, product inquiries, and customer look-ups
• Participates in our comprehensive product, customer service/sales, and management training program

Cashier • Full Time

In your role as Cashier, the ideal candidate(s) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at the time of purchase.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle sales transactions
• Balance a cash drawer
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in locating products and/or services within our store
• Manage customer service counter
• Cut keys
• Handle phone operation station
